  Customer service is pathetic; don’t have any respect for people. Not sure If has visited at wrong time / staffs have some opinion on certain kind of people. After great trip to Great ocean road, visited this shop, this visit spoiled my mood for rest of the journey.

  As a holiday rental owner in Forrest, I cant believe how different the Forrest General Store is now from four years ago. Sally has built a great business, employs local staff, ​promotes local produce, has interesting things in the shop to ponder, and best of all, the Gen Store often has that thing that guest forget, when away on holiday. What I like is the store is constantly changing and improving. Well done, good show and thanks for making Forrest a cool place.

  The food is wholesome and delicious. Its amazing to me to find a store with such quality goods and food in such a quiet little town. We really appreciate all the hard work that goes into keeping open and delivering the quality you do everyday.
